Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping at MoonMode. We want you to be completely satisfied with your pillow purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, here is our policy for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returned pillows must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, pillows that have been used, unsealed, or show signs of wear may not be accepted for return (similar to many other pillow brands). Pillow World+2J Pillow+2
- Personalized or custom pillows are not eligible for return unless there is a defect.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- We will review your request and, if approved, send you a return authorization and instructions on where to ship the item.
- Please return the pillow in its original packaging, if possible, and include any accessories, tags, or inserts.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the pillow was delivered damaged, defective, or was the wrong item.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return so you can monitor its return journey.
4. Inspection & Refund
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify it meets our return conditions.
- If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your pillow arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the issue in your email.
- After verifying the defect or damage, we will either send you a replacement or provide a full refund.
6. Restocking Fee (If Applicable)
- Depending on the type of pillow, a restocking fee may apply for returned items — especially for hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., memory foam). This helps cover cleaning, inspection, and repackaging costs. Husband Pillow+1
- The restocking fee (if any) will be clearly communicated to you when your return request is approved.
7. Exchanges
- If you prefer a different model, firmness, or design, please let us know when you initiate your return.
- Once your returned pillow is received and approved, we can process an exchange — subject to availability.
- You may be responsible for the additional shipping cost, depending on the item.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placement, as long as they have not yet shipped.
- Once the pillow has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you’ll need to use the return process if you change your mind.
9. Policy Modifications
- We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
- When updates are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
