Welcome to MoonMode (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (moonmodeit.com, “Site”) and purchases you make from us. By visiting or ordering from our Site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility & Account

1.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal capacity to enter into a contract, to place an order.

1.2 Account Information. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities under your account.

1.3 Prohibited Use. You agree not to:

2. Orders & Pricing

2.1 Order Acceptance. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2.2 Price Accuracy. We aim to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, errors may occur. If an item is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to correct that error and cancel your order if necessary.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Processing Time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

4.1 Eligibility. Returns are accepted for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging if submitted within 30 days of receipt (subject to our Return & Refund Policy).

4.2 Non-Returnable Items. Personalized/custom pillows, unsealed items, or used pillows may not qualify for return.

4.3 Return Process. To return an item, you must receive a return authorization from us. Please do not ship items back before contacting us.

4.4 Refunds. After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

4.5 Exchanges. We may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on availability.

5. Product Use & Safety

5.1 Use as Intended. Our pillows are designed for standard sleep use. Misuse or using them with non-compatible accessories may void warranties or lead to damage.

5.2 Care Instructions. Please follow the care instructions included with each pillow. Cleaning methods vary depending on the fill type (memory foam, down-alternative, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including images, text, design, logos—is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission from MoonMode.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoonMode will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our products or Site. Our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).
